Our community’s collective work has been selected for presentation under the title: "Competing or Complementary? Electrification and Hydrogen for a Decarbonized European Industry – Policy-relevant findings from the EERA EEIP research community."

This presentation tackles one of the most pressing strategic questions facing the European industrial sector: how to balance and integrate direct electrification with hydrogen deployment. By synthesizing the diverse expertise within our Joint Programme, this work provides policymakers with a nuanced, evidence-based perspective on where these technologies compete and where they work in synergy.
